What we collect and why
- When you contact us. Your name, email address, company, timeline and message. We use them to reply and to discuss work with you.
- When you book a call. Bookings are handled by Cal.com. They collect your name, email and anything you add to the booking, and share it with us.
- When you join our newsletter. Your email address, so we can send you new articles. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- When you visit. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. If we use visitor statistics, they are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
- Fonts. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
Our legal basis
- Replying to enquiries and bookings: our legitimate interest in responding to you, or taking steps you asked for before entering a contract.
- Newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Security and delivering the site: our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and safe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the website and our business:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security and storing website data
- Resend: delivering contact form emails to us
- Cal.com: call bookings
- The tools we use to manage enquiries and follow-ups
